Responsible Industries of the Mediterranean (RIMED) aims at improve in southern Europe an industrial model inspired to the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), supporting production systems to achieve a higher level of “responsible competitiveness” and a growth lasting in the future.

Developing economic, technological and organisational potential of a sample of small and medium enterprises, the project matches some of the Lisbon Agenda’s principles to encourage public policies in various countries and to lead the involved local partners in the promotion of development strategies based on knowledge and innovation, sustainability and social inclusion.
